AssetSaver

Terms of Use

Terms governing AssetSaver accounts, subscriptions, records and use of the service.

Effective date: 18 August 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use describe the conditions for using AssetSaver. By using the service, users agree to comply with these terms and any other policies that expressly form part of them.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining control of their credentials. One user may have a personal account and may create or administer one or more separately billed company accounts where the product permits.

3. Plans, subscriptions and Asset Tokens

Plans, Asset Tokens, storage allowances, billing cadence and add-ons are governed by the prices and entitlements shown at the time of purchase. Personal and company accounts remain commercially independent.

4. Billing and plan changes

  • Upgrades may take effect after successful payment of any amount due.
  • Downgrades generally take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current paid cycle.
  • Annual-to-monthly changes generally take effect at annual renewal.
  • Free Personal remains available without a paid-plan free trial requirement.

5. User records and responsibility

Users are responsible for the information, documents, valuations, notes and other records they add to AssetSaver and for ensuring they have authority to record or share information about other people, organisations or assets. AssetSaver helps organise information but does not make user-supplied information true merely because it is stored in the service.

6. Third-party information and services

Some features may use external data sources, payments, communications or other providers. Availability, accuracy and timing can depend on those providers. Historical provider results should remain identifiable as dated evidence rather than being silently treated as current forever.

7. Care Providers, team members and authorised people

Users are responsible for granting appropriate access and removing access when it is no longer required. A Care Provider relationship does not make AssetSaver the provider of the underlying service or guarantee the quality, availability or outcome of third-party work.

8. Acceptable use

Users must not use AssetSaver unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the service, access information without authority, upload malicious material, misrepresent ownership or authority, or use the service to harm other people. The separate Acceptable Use page forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

AssetSaver and its product, branding, software and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Users retain responsibility for and appropriate rights in content they upload.

10. Availability and changes

AssetSaver may improve, replace or retire features as the product develops. Public pages distinguish available functionality from planned or future capability.

11. Disclaimers and professional advice

AssetSaver is an organisation, recordkeeping and decision-support tool. It does not replace legal, financial, accounting, mechanical, insurance, valuation, safety or other professional advice. Reminders and records reduce friction but cannot guarantee that a loss, expiry, maintenance issue or other event will be prevented.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

13. Suspension and termination

AssetSaver may suspend or restrict access for security, misuse, non-payment, legal or operational reasons. Applicable notices, data-export options and closure processes follow the service functionality available at the time.

14. Privacy

Use of personal information is addressed in the Privacy Policy, which should be read with these Terms of Use.

15. Changes and contact

Material changes will be dated and published. Questions about these terms can be sent through the AssetSaver Contact page.
