AssetSaver

Data Security

How AssetSaver approaches the protection of account, personal and asset information.

Effective date: 9 August 2026

1. Security as part of trust

Data security is one pillar of the wider AssetSaver Trust Centre. Good stewardship depends on both trustworthy records and trustworthy handling of those records.

2. Account and access controls

AssetSaver is designed around personal and company account separation, authenticated access and scoped permissions appropriate to the people and roles connected to an account.

3. Provenance and audit history

Where the product records user confirmations, external information or lifecycle changes, the aim is to preserve dated provenance rather than silently overwrite historical evidence.

4. Infrastructure and service providers

AssetSaver relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers. Specific provider, hosting, encryption, certification or residency claims should only be published when verified against the deployed environment.

5. Operational safeguards

Security includes sensible credential handling, least-necessary access, protected configuration, monitoring and processes for responding to suspected incidents. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your responsibilities

Users should protect their credentials, use appropriate access permissions, remove access that is no longer required and avoid uploading information they are not authorised to store.

7. Questions or concerns

Security concerns can be reported through the Contact page.
