Acceptable Use

1. Purpose

AssetSaver should be used to organise legitimate asset information, responsibilities, evidence and lifecycle records.

2. Prohibited access or interference

• Attempting to access accounts, records or systems without authority.
• Circumventing security controls or probing the service in a harmful way.
• Introducing malware, automated abuse or traffic intended to disrupt service.

3. Unlawful or harmful content

• Using AssetSaver for unlawful activity or to facilitate harm.
• Uploading content that infringes rights or that the user has no authority to store or share.
• Using records to impersonate others, misrepresent ownership or create deliberately misleading provenance.

4. Responsible collaboration

Owners and administrators should grant only appropriate access to family members, team members and Care Providers and should remove access when it is no longer needed.

5. Enforcement

AssetSaver may restrict or suspend access where misuse creates security, legal or operational risk. Final enforcement wording and appeal procedures require legal review.
