Disclaimer
Important limits on what AssetSaver records, reminders, information and reports can be relied on to do.
Effective date: 9 August 2026
1. Purpose of AssetSaver
AssetSaver helps organise asset records, reminders, responsibilities, documents, evidence, costs, values and lifecycle history.
2. Not professional advice
AssetSaver does not replace legal, financial, accounting, insurance, valuation, mechanical, safety or other professional advice. Users should obtain qualified advice when a decision requires it.
3. User-supplied information
Users remain responsible for the accuracy, authority and completeness of information they enter or upload. AssetSaver can organise a record but cannot guarantee that user-supplied information is correct.
4. External information
Information returned by third-party sources may be incomplete, delayed or subject to provider limitations. Historical results should be treated as dated evidence rather than an indefinite guarantee of current status.
5. Reminders and timing
Reminders and dashboards can reduce the risk of missing important dates, but they do not guarantee that renewals, maintenance, inspections or other obligations will always be completed on time.
6. Values and reports
Estimated values, reports and summaries support organisation and decision-making. They are not professional valuations unless expressly supplied by an appropriately qualified source.
7. Changes and contact
This disclaimer should remain aligned with actual product behaviour. Questions can be sent through the Contact page.
